First Article Inspection Tester Verifies the first PCB within a short period before mass production

1 Automatic Impedance Measurement
Performs RC(resistance and capacitance)measurements automatically using probesand enables comparison of results with expected data and checking the component mounting status for correctness.
The impedance measurement results for the components can be saved and used for quality control.
2 Visual Inspection Support
Incorporating with a CCD camera that automatically displays the mounting status of each component on the screen of the FAI Testermakes it possible to compare the results with expected data and check the correctness of mounting conditions of each component(e.g.:type descriptions in alphanumeric charactersorientationsize)
3 Test Program Generator(TPG)
TPG is a program that automatically generates test data for the FAI Tester.
